EPA’s Clean Air Act Moves Forward, December 7, 2014

One of the most sweeping environmental rules ever proposed by the U.S. government is moving forward. The EPA Clean Power Plan would cut carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants. The agency now must sort through nearly 2 million comments on the proposal, which it aims to enact in June. Program Host Bill Loveless will interview Bob Perciasepe, former EPA deputy administrator and now president of the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions.
