Europe Looks Eastward for Energy Security, December 21, 2014

The prospect of increasing natural gas production in the eastern Mediterranean gives Europe a possible alternative to its heavy reliance on Russian natural gas. Now, three countries – Israel, Cyprus and Greece – are proposing a massive pipeline project to deliver that gas to European customers. Program Host Bill Loveless will interview Christos Panagopoulos, Greece’s ambassador to the U.S.
